Pvvip may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using betting software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• If proof of underage use is found.
• If involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes is identified.

You may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable process.
